Having Trouble Viewing PDFs of Form 990s?
If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, try one of the
following:
- if you have Netscape, try viewing the PDF in that browser
- if you have Acrobat Reader 5, try setting your Reader to work as
a helper application. To do so,
- close your Internet Explorer browser.
- Open up the Acrobat Reader program.
- In the Edit menu, choose Preferences, choose
General, and then choose Options from the left
column.
- Make sure that the box next to "display PDF in browser" is
not checked.
- if you have Acrobat Reader 4, try setting your Reader to work as
a helper application. To do so,
- close your Internet Explorer browser.
- Open up the Acrobat Reader program.
- In the File menu, choose Preferences, and then
choose General.
- Make sure that the box next to "Web Browser Integration" is
not checked.
- if you have Acrobat Reader 3, please consider upgrading to the
most recent Acrobat Reader. The Reader is available for download at
the
Adobe site.
